Shipping Policy

This policy explains how orders placed on brandsfever.shop are packed, dispatched and delivered from our unit at Shop No. 51, D.A.V. Market, Yamunanagar, Haryana.

1. Order dispatch

Orders are packed and handed to our courier partner within 2–4 working days of confirmation. Custom cuts and made-to-order apparel may take longer — the estimated dispatch time will be shared when you place such an order.

2. Areas we ship to

We currently ship across India through registered courier and logistics partners. For international shipping enquiries, please contact us directly to check feasibility and cost.

3. Delivery timelines

• Metro cities: typically 3–5 working days after dispatch.
• Other cities & towns: typically 5–8 working days after dispatch.
• Remote or hill areas: may take up to 10–12 working days.

These are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by courier delays, weather, or local disruptions outside our control.

4. Shipping charges

Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated at checkout based on order weight, fabric quantity and delivery location. Any free-shipping thresholds will be clearly displayed on the site at the time of your order.

5. Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share a tracking number by SMS, WhatsApp or email so you can follow its progress with the courier partner.

6. Bulk fabric shipments

Bulk fabric orders are typically shipped via road transport or freight, depending on quantity. Freight charges and estimated transit time for bulk orders are shared separately at the time of quotation.

7. Delays & issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date so we can look into it with our courier partner.
