These Terms & Conditions govern your use of brandsfever.shop and any purchase made from BrandsFever, a Udyam-registered Micro Enterprise (UDYAM-HR-19-0040773) operating from Shop No. 51, D.A.V. Market, Gobindpuri Road, Model Town, Yamunanagar, Haryana – 135001. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
By browsing brandsfever.shop, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old, or place orders through a parent or guardian, and be capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to use this site.
All fabric is knitted or crocheted from cotton yarn at our Yamunanagar unit. Because fabric is a handmade, batch-produced material, minor variations in colour, texture and weight between batches are normal and are not considered defects. Product images and swatch colours are representative; actual shade may vary slightly due to screen settings and dye-lot differences.
Prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline — for example if stock runs out after your order is placed, or if there is a pricing error. Where we cannot fulfil an order, a full refund will be issued.
Bulk fabric orders and custom cuts are quoted separately and may require an advance payment before production begins. Turnaround times shared for bulk orders are estimates and may shift based on batch size and yarn availability.
The BrandsFever name, logo, and all site content — including product photography, swatch imagery, and text — belong to BrandsFever and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written permission.
You agree not to misuse this site — including attempting unauthorised access to our systems, submitting false order or payment information, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.
BrandsFever is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this site or our products, to the fullest extent permitted under Indian law. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Yamunanagar, Haryana.
